MAINTENANCE

You can now call or text 518-662-7584 to submit a maintenance request or an after hours emergency maintenance request over the phone. You can also submit a request online by clicking the button below. 

After Hours Maintenance Emergency & Lock Out Procedure

In the event that you have a maintenance emergency after regular business hours (Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00 pm) or on the weekend, please call the emergency number and leave a message including:

  • Your Name

  • Name of your apartment community (Residence at Capital Hills)

  • Apartment Number

  • Phone Number

  • A description of the problem

Someone will call you back within 30 minutes to address the problem according to company policy.

Please dial 911 if you feel this is a police matter such as but not limited to the following examples: Strange activity in the building, loud neighbor disturbance, and vandalism. In case of a fire or medical emergency always call 911.
 

The Residence at Capital Hills is managed by Paragon Residential Management LLC.
